Job Title: Ticketing and Reservation Officer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Must have at least IATA Diploma
- At least two years experience in the airline and travel industry
- A marketing background will be a plus
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Proficiency in the use of Amadeus GDS
- Knowledge of Aviation and Airline industry
- Have good telephone manners and strong communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service
