Job Title: Female Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos and Ibadan
Responsibilities

• Responsible for defining and proposing market strategies and tactics to ensure sales targets are met and surpassed
• Establishes contacts with senior levels decision makers in targeted organizations and individuals to attract patronage
• Tak a lead role in building and maintaining customer's relationship

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

• A First Degree in Marketing, Applied or Social Sciences or related discipline from a reputable institution
• Must be a pleasant personality
• Excellent communicating skills with good knowledge of Radio Broadcasting business environment
• Must be at least 25 years and above
• Must be a Female
• Ideal candidate must have worked or presently working in a Radio or Television station
• Minimum of 5 years Post Graduation experience

Job Title: Transmitter Technician
Location: Lagos and Ibadan
Responsibilities

• Establish procedures plus standards for operation maintenance of transmitter equipment and generator
• Maintenance of broadcast and transmission equipment
• Setting up and proper monitoring of studio signals
• Establish procedures for testing of transmitter equipment and performance of preventive maintenance activities

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

• A First Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in a Radio or Television broadcasting station, handling the maintenance of studio and transmitter
• Must be savvy in Information Technology

Job Title: Programmes Producer
Location: Lagos and Ibadan
Responsibilities

• Creates and develops Radio programs and oversees the technical and organisational aspects of production
• Generates and research ideas for programs; write and develop scripts
• Usage of technologies such as Cool Edit Pro, Pro Tools, Adobe Audition for editing and production purposes
• Present live programs
• Manages the presenters' pre-recorded or live broadcast content
• Selects music for a show and listens to recordings to edit them into stories or segments
• Production of jingles

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

• A First Degree in Mass Communication, and other Social Sciences or related discipline from a reputable Institution
• Must be able to develop intuition to find compelling story ideas, get quality sound bites and and help to fuel each story
• Must be articulate and have the ability to create dynamic and original shows consistently with a sense of humour which appeals to the masses.
