Sosaco Nigeria is recruiting to fill the following positions:

Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description
To perform this role, the candidate will be expected to carry out the following duties amongst others:

Deliver the end-to-end recruitment process (source, screen, interview qualified candidates for open positions within the organization);

Partner with the Human Resources Consultants to understand business needs and develop recruitment plans that will deliver quality talent and meet organizational expectations and timelines;

Work strategically with internal departments as a subject matter expert to drive recruitment initiatives and to assist in the resolution of recruitment-specific challenges;

Leverage networking and recruiting events and professional associations to reinforce SNL career opportunities and build strong relationships within relevant industry and recruitment communities, ;

Assist in the maintenance of an effective ‘talent bank’ by tracking candidate information, regularly updating candidate profiles and identifying future potential, as appropriate within the applicant tracking system capability;

Conducting reference checks on shortlisted candidates.

Qualification and Experience

HND or B.SC.

1 - 2 years experience.

Not more than 29 years of age.
