HSE Cafe is a soon-to-be-opened Cafe in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos that will cater to the exciting Lagos market and will provide a combination of delectable gourmet dishes, delicious drinks and a smooth
ambience. Customers will be treated to enjoy some of the favourite dishes of Chef Nkesi that she hopes could be one of their favourites too.


Job Title: Supervisor - (1 number)
Job Description

• The persons eligible for this position should have at least 3 years working experience in a supervisory role.
• Candidate should have impressive numerical competence, be comfortable with end-of-day transaction reconciliations and be computer literate - POS.
• Ability to take stock inventory and reconcile with production and sales team is an important requirement (experience required at interview for shortlisted candidate).
• Supervise kitchen / admin staff; interface with 3rd party clients / customers.
• Candidate must possess impressive interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills.
• Leadership ability, innovative, proactive and flexible with an ability to work under pressure.
• The candidate will be supervised by the Executive Chef and will be assisted by the Sous Chef

Job Title: Waiter - (1 number)
Job Description

• The persons eligible for this position should have at least 3 years working experience in a restaurant or cafe.
• Candidate should have a friendly character, good communication skills, and computer literate - POS system.
• Presentable nature, upbeat attitude, and a willingness to learn are also positive characteristics.
• Should be comfortable with numbers and have the ability to work under pressure.

Job Title: Chef - (1 number)
Job Description

• Self starter, innovative with at least 3 years experience in a cafe, restaurant, or organization of similar skill requirement.
• Possess good communication skills, proactive and upbeat attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure.
