Gbenaacole Ventures Limited is a new business venture into real estate consulting and construction, business development, oil and gas, agriculture, etc. We have a new massive housing and infrastructure project at hand.
As a result of this, we are recruiting to fill the job positions below:


Job Title:  Project Manager (GVL 001)
Location: Lagos and Ogun 
Requirements 

• A graduate of civil engineering
• COREN registered with cognate 5 years experience 
• Good knowledge of project management tools.

Job Title:  Project Engineer (GVL002)
Location: Lagos and Ogun 
Requirements  

• Graduate of civil engineering with minimum of 2 years on site experience in building and infrastructures.

Job Title:  Yard Manager (GVL 003)
Location: Lagos and Ogun 
Requirements 

• Graduate of building technology with experience in construction site /yard management. 
• A minimum of two years experience in mass housing project.

Job Title:  Quality Assurance Office (GVL004)
Location: Lagos and Ogun 
Requirements  

• A graduate of civil engineering with hands on knowledge of soil laboratory operation and management. 
• A minimum of 2 years hands on experience in construction site quality assurance.

Job Title:  Store Keeper (GVL005)
Location: Lagos and Ogun 
Requirements  

• A graduate of accounting, OND, with good knowledge accounting.

Job Title:  Account Clerks (GVL006)
Location: Lagos and Ogun
Requirements  

• A graduate of accounting with good knowledge in management.

Job Title:  Chief Security Officer (GVL007)
Location: Lagos and Ogun
Requirements  

• A retired service man either from the police force or the military 
• Must have a good experience in large estate security and security gadgets.

Job Title:  Land Surveyor (GVL008)
Location: Lagos and Ogun
Requirements  

• A graduate of land surveying with cognate experience of 2 years in general surveying including remedial survey.

Job Title:  Quantity surveyor (GVL009)
Location: Lagos and Ogun
Requirements  

• A graduate of quantity surveying with ability to accurately advice on construction materials requisition and an update knowledge of material prices and prorate payment.

Job Title:  Draftsman (GVL010)
Location: Lagos and Ogun
Requirements  

• A good knowledge of AutoCAD required along with strong knowledge of detailing both structural and infrastructural details.

Job Title:  Sub-contractor engineers/ supervising engineers (GVL011)
Location: Lagos and Ogun
Requirements  

• A strong experience in construction supervision, both individuals and local construction outfits allowed. 
• Qualified engineers or companies must be able to proof experience with verifiable evidences. 
• A minimum of 2 years experience needed.

Job Title:  H.S.E Manager (GVL012)
Location: Lagos and Ogun 
Requirements 

•  A graduate of safety management in construction and other works. 
• A minimum of 2 years on site experience.

Job Title:  P.A to Managing Director (GVL013)
Location: Lagos and Ogun 
Requirements 

• A graduate of secretariat studies with good knowledge in official documentation and protocol.
