- B.Sc., a Masters degree is an added advantage.
- Have experience in mobile phone call center management.
- Candidate must be above 25years and free to go on transnational trips.
- Minimum of three years Call Centre management experience.
- Proficient team management skills.
- Fluent English and communication skills.
