We are a fast growing foods & beverages (snack) company with our factory located in ota ogun state.
We are Looking for a passionate sales person to fill the Institutional Sales Representative Position.



QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of HND preferably in business related course [management, sales, commerce or economics would be preferred]
• A minimum of 3 [three] years FMCG producing company experience.
• The individual needs to be self-driven and pro-actively maximise on opportunities.
• Networking is a key role requirement and proven networks and ability to grow them will be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The individual is expected to determine and carry through on the requirements of each individual client.
• To grow the companies institutional business and foster exceptional quality relationships with new and existing clients.
• To carry out market research, general research, update records and maintain detailed information as part of a busy and flexible team
• The institutional sales representative is responsible for creating new, quality and sustainable business for the company.
• The institutional sales representative is also meant to maintain a high level of engagement with the client base and act as a point of contact between the company and the various institutions.
• The institutional sales representative is responsible for all allocated workflow, taking ownership of all corporate clients within the company portfolio.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities at institutional channel by promoting the company product to new and existing clients
• Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high calibre of service, explore and identify all their needs.
• Approach new businesses with tailor made proposals.
• Manage and maintain sales / clients databases as well as provide regular, accurate and timely reports to your line manager.
• Grow business in assigned channels, sectors and product line [as per set targets]

• Natural ability to sell; must enjoy selling
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and hit targets
• A natural self-starter
• good problem-solving skills
• A good team player
• Confidence; must be able to walk into a large company convince and secure business.
