TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: IBADAN, OYO STATE
REPORTING LINE: REPORTS TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HEAD
TYPE: PERMANENT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Attend to customer inquiries and respond to customer RFQ.
* Provide Quotations for customers and marketers.
* Process customer order.
* Customer complaints resolution.
* After sales support.
* Customer satisfaction monitoring.
* Documentation and tracking of customer RFQs, Quotations and purchase orders.
* Converts received POs to sales order.
* Prepares Delivery notes or Waybill and invoices
* Prepares Mark Up based on what is agreed by the business
* Preparation and rendition of periodic reports
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of B.Sc qualification in Sci /Engr.
• Courteous , Collaborative and focused.
• Analytical and detailed oriented with efficient Organizational skills
• Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in customer service or sales position.
• Data collection and ordering skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Residents in Ibadan is preferred.
