Position: Regional Managers, Retail / Commercial Banking
Responsibilities
- Successful candidates will be responsible for the overall leadership and effective growth of branches under their regions.
- They shall also formulate strategies and aggressively branches to effectively grow the market share and profitability in the retail / commercial banking sector.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in Banking with at least 4 years on Regional Management role in retail / commercial banking based market.
- First Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications in banking such as ACIB, AMNIM, AcA etc is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of policies and procedures, core business processes, industry knowledge, audit and fiscal analysis Basic banking operations (domestic and international operations).
- Knowledge and understanding of financial products regulations and the legal aspects of banking.
- Business focused with good all-round knowledge of strategy, marketing, sales, training and people management.
- Excellent people leadership, motivation and communication skills including the ability to engage, inspire and influence others
Position: Branch Manager, Retail / Commercial Banking
Responsibilities
- Successful candidates will be responsible for the management of the branches assigned to them, ensuring growth of the retail / commercial business whilst formulating effective strategies that will aggressively drive the marketing teams towards greater market share and profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Banking with at least 4 years on branch management role in retail /commercial banking based market.
- A first Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications in banking such as ACIB, AMNIM, ACA et.c is an added advantage.
- Knowledge and understanding of Nigerian Retail / Commercial Market.
- Good understanding of policies and procedures, core business process, industry knowledge, audit and fiscal analysis.
- Understanding financial product regulations and the legal aspects of banking.
- Business focused with good all-round knowledge of strategy, marketing, sales, training and people management.
- Excellent people leadership, motivation and communication skills including the ability to engage, inspire and influence others.
Position: Relationship Officer, Retail/Commercial Banking
Responsibilities
- Successful candidates will contribute in the growth of the branch balance sheet through business development, revenue generation, profit and cost management, customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
- A first Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications in banking such as ACIB, AMNIM, ACA e.tc is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in relationship management role in retail I commercial banking based market
- Excellent customer relationship development/ management
- Good understanding of policies and procedures, core business processes, industry knowledge, audit and fiscal analysis
- Basic banking operations and advanced selling skills
- Products knowledge, credit analysis and documentation
