Job description

- Focused on objectives, but flexible to overcome setbacks and cope with conflicting priorities

Qualifications
- Ethical and honest
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- MBA is an added advantage
- Professional membership and certification in relevant and recognised institutions
- 5 years relevant or cognate experience
- Experience selling IT is required with specific focus on software sales
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for all products and services offered by the organisation
- Identify new and strategic business opportunities in alignment with the vision of the organization
- Develop innovative proposals and presentations that clearly demonstrate the unique value of organisation’s solutions
- Develop annual sales plans which focus on meeting organizational objectives
- Participate in the management of product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Responsible for end to end sales process; from initial contact and understanding of client needs to delivery and closure (handover from the sales team to relationship management team – Key Accounts Manager, etc.
