Eko Maintenance Nigeria Limited - We are a fast growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located on the Lagos Island.

Position: HVAC TECHNICIAN

​Requirements

• Candidate is expected to be familiar with the maintenance and repair of HVAC system: Fancoil unit and air handling unit pumps regularization.
• Applicant must have a proven track record on the job
• Mimum of trade test certificate/or its equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

Position: REFRIGERATION ENGINEER​

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a minimum of trade test certificate or its equivalent with a minimum of 10 years' experience.     Candidate must able to analyse the parameters of machines; know its capacity; make necessary corrective and preventive maintenance; and ensure optimum maintenance.
• Candidate must have competence in high powered refrigeration units and chillers (air/water).    
• Candidate must be knowledgeable and competent in chilled water production, control, monitoring and regulation.

Position: PROCUREMENT OFFICER​

Requirements

• Applicant must be a holder of HND/B.Sc in a business field such as Economics, Logistics or any other related course, with not less than 5-7 years' experience as a practicing procurement officer in a reputable organization.
• Applicant is expected to have a supply-chain work related skills, production and processing as well as customer and personnel skills.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel Sheet. 
• Applicant must be experienced for timely procurement and delivery of high quality electromechanical and building products used in maintenance of a high rise building facility.    

Position: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

Requirements

• Applicant must be a holder of HND/B.Sc plus ICAN or ACA with not less than 5-7 years experience as a practicing Accountant in a reputable organization. 
• Proficiency in the use of Quick Book and other Accounting packages is highly essential.      
• High knowledge in preparation of financial reports and budget planning is required.

Position: PLUMBER TECHNICIAN

Requirements

• Minimum of trade test certificate or its equivalent with not less than 3 years' experience.
• The Applicant is expected to be familiar with plumbing works and water treatment.
• Applicant must be competent in welding/PPR and iron piping networks.    

Position: ALUMINUM TECHNICIAN

Requirements

• Applicant must have proven track record on the job.
• Applicant must possess a minimum of trade test certificate or its equivalent with not less than 3 years' experience.
• The Applicant is expected to be familiar with aluminum works, iron mongery works, Furniture works and Janitorial services.

Position: CIVIL ENGINEER/ARCHITECT

Requirements

• Applicants must be holder of HND/B.Sc in building or civil engineering or architecture with not less than 7 years' experience.
• Applicant must have excellent supervisory skills and be able to manage a team of 10-15 personnel.
• Applicant must have deep knowledge of materials specification, detailing, contractor soureing, pricing and tendering and supervision to completion.
• Applicant must have wide experience on site works and finishing.

Position: STORE KEEPER

Requirements

• Applicant must be a holder of OND/HND/B.Sc in Accounting, Economics, Logistics or any other related course with not  less than 3-5 years' experience as a practicing store keeper in a reputable organization
• Applicant will exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department.
• Applicant is to take proper inventory of all the equipment and materials that are in the store.
• Appiicant is to ensure safe keeping of all quantity and quality materials.
• Applicant will be issuing materials only in required quantities for specific jobs afterobiaining due authorization.
• Applicant' will initiate purchase recuisitions for the replacement of stocks of all regular' stores whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.
