Job Description
-Monitors all Depot operations activities like product
receipt, storage and handling, and product distribution in a safe, secure,
efficient, and timely manner using company-provided resources/limits and in
accordance with company policies and industry-accepted practices.
-Supervise implementation of facility maintenance activities to ensure readiness / reliability of Depot equipment at all times.
-Forwards planning of Depot activities to ensure that manpower, resources, and other requirements are sufficient and appropriate.
-Proposes and enforce implementation of approved Depot policies, regulations, procedures and work instructions.
-Achieve and maintain HSE related programs/activities/drills for regular and contracted staff.
-Line administration over shift supervisors, assistants, operators and contracted staff.
-Propose Y+1 budget annually, and Controls operating expenses and administration of operating budget.
-Acts as the overall head of the Depot's Emergency Response Team.
-Conducts periodic internal staff meetings and spot audits within the Depot.
-Responsible to Petrostock and SAP related Stock management system and maintain gain/loss with accepted rate.
Generates/Consolidates pertinent end-of-period reports such as Depot Highlights, Monthly Safety Reports, Quarterly Review Reports, etc

Required skills
Education

. Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Logistics/ Depot Supply
. Miaximum 1 year post degree work experience . Excellent communication Skills . Fluent in English(Frech an advantage but not priority) . Must posess good cmputer skills (software packages -MS WOrd, Excel, powerpoint etc) |
