Edwin Clark University, a fully residential and the 60th Private University in Nigeria, commenced academic activities in 2015 following its approval by the Federal Government. The University, 
reputed for knowledge and development, recently recorded another plus with the approval granted to it to run the first degree programme in Law by both the Council of Legal Education and the National Universities Commission.

As part of the University's manpower development, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the academic position below:


Job Title:  Librarian I 
Qualifications
  • Applicants should have M.L.S or M.I.S from a recognized University.
  • The candidate should be familiar with the use of academic database and various open source materials used in University libraries.
  • A Ph.D. degree in Library and Information Science is an added advantage.
  • Six years cognate experience in an academic library is required.

Job Title:  Librarian II 
Qualification
  • Applicants should possess M.L.S or M.I.S, with and Three (3) years work experience in a University Library.

Job Title:   Senior Librarian 
Qualification
  • Applicants should possess relevant qualification, plus Nine (9) years experience.

  • Applicants should possess a Ph.D degree from a recognized University or an acceptable relevant professional qualification; have evidence of substantial teaching and research experience and evidence of scholarly publications in recognized and reputable journals.
  • Plus 6 years post qualification experience in a University or comparable institution.

    Edwin Clark University runs a unique remuneration package, which is similar to what is obtained in other tertiary institutions.
