We continually acquire and adapt vessels to meet the new challenges and requirement of offshore activities.

ABR Offshore Services Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:

Position: Front Desk / Client Services
Location: Lagos
Basic Duties: 

• Provide administrative support to Admin Department in maintain routine employee lists/reports, as required
• Carry out instructions given by the Administration
• Make preparations for Executive committee meetings & other meetings
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support
• Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
• Greet, assist visitors and the general public
• Assist the Head of Admin and other staffs as requested

• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
• Perform other related duties as required
• Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
• Make sure office is kept clean & tidy throughout the day.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment

Qualifications 
HND / First Degree qualification required
