Senior Contract Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: BA/BSc/HND  

Experience: 10 years

Responsibilities

Reviews all contract documents to ensure proper managing of the relevant risk profiles

Administration of on-going main contract and subcontracts in accordance with Company procedure

Ensure that all contractual procedures are implemented and maintained

Prepares correspondence and maintains records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all contractual matters

Assists in preparation and managing of contract change and claim analysis and resolution

Ensure all warranty, bonds, insurances, guarantees  ,etc. are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the Contract and subcontracts

Investigates problems and recommends corrective action

Handles all contract close out procedures.

Qualification and Experience

A degree in Civil Engineering, Law, Economics or Project Management from a reputable university

Minimum of 10 years applicable experience preferably in fertilizer Ipipeline projects

Specialized knowledge in Contract law

Strong negotiation skills

-          Detail-oriented and high productivity

-          Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Junior Contract Manager
