Mass Recruitment At Katsina State Orthopaedic And Speciality Hospital (16 Positions)

The Katsina State Government has constructed a state of the art 250 bed Orthopaedic and Speciality Hospital located in the State Capital and is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for appointment into the following vacant positions:

1. Position: Pharmacy Technicians

Qualification

Must possess a certificate in Pharmacy Technician Registrable with Pharmacist Council of Nigeria.

2. Position: Specialist Nurses in

Orthopaedics, Accident and Emergency, Intensive Care, Dialysis, Perioperative, Anaesthesia and Paediatric.

Qualification

Must be Nurses/Midwives fully registered with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and must possess Post Basic Qualifications in the relevant area of specialization

3. Position: General Nurses/Midwives

Qualification

Must possess either Nursing or Midwifery Certificate, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

4. Position: Consultants in the following fields

Orthopaedics, Accident and Emergency, Radiology, Anaesthesia, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Neurosurgery, Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Paediatrics. Histopathology and Physicians with Speciality in Cadiology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology and Endocrinology.

Qualification

Candidates for the post of Consultants must be Medical Doctors registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and obtained the fellowship of the National and or West African Postgraduate College in the relevant speciality or their equivalent.

5. Position: Medical Officers.

Qualification

Must be Medical Doctors with full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).

6. Position: Medical Records Technicians

Qualification

Must possess relevant Certificate or its equivalent registrable with relevant professional body in Nigeria.

7. Position: Bio-Medical Technicians.

Qualification

Must possess relevant Certificate or its equivalent registrable with relevant professional body in Nigeria.

8. Position: Occupational Therapists

Qualification

Must possess relevant Certificate or its equivalent registrable with relevant professional body in Nigeria.

9. Position: Nutritionists

Qualification

Must possess relevant Certificate or its equivalent registrable with relevant professional body in Nigeria.

10. Position: X-Ray Technicians

Qualification

Must possess relevant Certificate or its equivalent registrable with relevant professional body in Nigeria.

11. Position: Physiotherapists

Qualification

Must possess relevant Certificate or its equivalent registrable with relevant professional body in Nigeria.

12. Position: Plaster Technicians

Qualification

Must possess relevant Certificate or its equivalent registrable with relevant professional body in Nigeria.

13. Position: Radiographers

Qualification

Must possess relevant Certificate or its equivalent registrable with relevant professional body in Nigeria.

14. Position: Medical Laboratory Scientists

Qualification

Must possess relevant Certificate or its equivalent registrable with relevant professional body in Nigeria.

15. Position: Medical Laboratory Technicians

Qualification

Must possess relevant Certificate or its equivalent registrable with relevant professional body in Nigeria.

16. Position: Pharmacists

Qualification

Must possess a minimum degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) from a recognizable University or its equivalent registrable with Pharmacist Council of Nigeria.
