- Candidate must be a graduate of Agriculture, Agric Economics, and such related courses.
- He must be less than 45 years.
- He understands the whole rudiments of plant cultivation, harvesting models and general farm management.
- He possesses leadership and communication skills as well as ability to process information and data and interpret it coherently.
- He must have worked as a Farm Manager for at least 5 years in a reputable farm.
- He is very hardworking with lots of integrity.
