About the Role:
You will be responsible for providing administrative assistant at Managing Director / Group Executive level within the Group. Taking on the role of 'Gate Keeper' and providing executive support on business and personal matters as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual that is highly motivated, enthusiastic; extremely organised and has a high level of energy.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Providing Executive support
- Attending to daily enquiries for your Manager
- Co-ordinating schedules, travel arrangements, meetings and events
- Preparing and editing communications, correspondence, presentations and other documents as and when required
- Designing and maintaining office databases
- Liaising with internal staff at all levels as well as external clients
- Attending business meetings
- Any ad hoc requests for the business
- Preparing weekly and/or monthly reports
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors Degree
- Working in an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role supporting senior management for at least 6 years
- Must have excellent English written and oral skills and be able to communicate at all levels
- Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Honest, trustworthy and confident
