Taking part in the Avaya Global Management Development Program will give you the opportunity to explore your potential as a leader through on-the-job learning and in-depth interaction with peers, trainers and leaders.
The program is specifically designed for graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from top colleges/ universities and at least 2 years of related work experience. At Avaya you will be working with some of the brightest minds in the industry. During the program, we will introduce you to the Avaya culture, people and practices that drive our success.
