Safi.ng is a startup Company based in Lagos, Nigeria that wants to redefine the laundry and dry cleaning industry. We understand that Lagos is a busy town and nobody like doing chores like laundry. Our goal is to take this burden off every Lagosian by providing the most convenient laundry and dry-cleaning service to our customer all from our app.

We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Associate
Location: Lagos
Job Description

• We are currently looking to hire an Operations Associate to help provide support to our customers, drivers and everyone in between.
• We are looking for people that want to have fun while they work and love figuring out solutions to real-time problems.
• If you are empathetic, can remain calm under pressure and feel like you can effectively communicate with almost anyone, this position is for you.
• As part of the team, you will be providing top-level customer service by managing the emails, phone calls and text messages that come in.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and dispatch
• Balance the inbound calls, texts and emails from customers, partner dry-cleaners and drivers.
• Work with engineering team to improve product and customer experience
• Be a passionate safi.ng representative
• Go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction for our customers and drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year university)
• 1+ year(s) of customer service experience is a plus but not a must.
• Service hours include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
