Recruitment at The National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA)

The National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), Nigeria domiciled in Ondo town in Ondo State , was established in 1992 by the Federal Ministry of Education, in collaboration with UNESCO/IIEP Paris, as a sub-regional staff college for West Africa. It seek to 
realize its mission through capacity building, continuous training , consulting, action research in educational planning, information dissemination and providing resource centre services.

Job Title: Registrar (CONRAISS 15)
Location: Ondo
Job Description 

• The Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Institute, responsible to the Director General.

Conditions of Service 

• The appointment shall be for a period of Five(5) years and the candidate may be reappointed for another period of five (5) years and no more on such terms and conditions applicable to government agencies
• Being a non-academic position, the candidate is not expected to be more than 55 years of age

Qualifications / Requirements 

• A good Masters degree in Art or Humanities, from a recognized University with at least 15 years cognate experience in Registry / Administration substantive part of which must have been spent in a University setting or in a relevant Parastatal, as Deputy Registrar.
• Candidates must in addition have knowledge in Information md Communication technology (ICT)

Job Title: Bursar (CONRAISS 15)
Location: Ondo
Job Description 

• The Bursar is the Chief Financial Officer of the Institute responsible to rite Director General on financial matters.

Conditions of Service 

• The appointment shall be for a period of Five(5) years and the candidate may be reappointed for another period of five (5) years and no more on such terms and conditions applicable to government agencies
• Being a non-academic position, the candidate is not expected to be more than 55 years of age

Qualifications / Requirements

• A good honours degree in Accountancy or Finance from any recognized University with at least 15 years cognate experience in a Untversity setting or in a relevant Parastatal, as Deputy Bursar
• The candidate must be a Chartered Accountant or holder of any of the following professional certificates: ACA, ACCA or ANAN, CPA CNA.
