- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
- Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
- Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
- Draft, modify and implement company policies
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in law, finance, business administration or related field
- Post-graduate/ professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- CIIN certification is compulsory
- Minimum of ten (10) years relevant work experience, with at least four (4) years in a
- Senior management position.

- Providing strong leadership in the retail channels through mentoring and coaching of subordinates.
- Ensure that production from all retail business channels are collated on weekly basis and advised to Executive Management
