Position: Head, Enrolment and Student Experience
Report Directly to: Director
Department: Enrolment and Student Experience Office

Responsibilities:
- · Case management of student enrolments in accordance with enrolment procedure
- · Regular updating and maintenance of student records in the School's database
- · Consult with Head of Academics and non-academic staff re academic progress and welfare of students
- · Participate in weekly status report meetings
- · Monitor student school holiday movements
- · Processing and issuing of warning letters, enrolment cancellation and school transfer, and extension requests
- · Facilitate communication between students, their parents, education agents and the school
- · Coordinate professional trainings for team members
- · Updating and maintenance of HallelSFC social media accounts
- · Development of extra-curricular activities for students
- · Assist in the coordination of and representation at promotional events such as open days, orientation events and on-site tours
- · Contribute to a positive and successful experience for students
- · Student recruitment activities and other related tasks in support of the Enrolment and Student Experience Office
- · Excellent oral and written communication skills
- · Great team player
- · Excellent organizational, planning and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
- · Ability to plan, control, coordinate and manage activities with minimal supervision
- · Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business or Communications or equivalent work experience
- · This position will necessitate some out-of-hours work during peak seasons and in-country travel as required
