Job Title: Head - Field Technical Team (Fish Farming)
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities 

• The role involves Mentoring/Coaching & Leading a team of 10 – 15 Technical Field Support Executives (TSE’S)
• Assist/Guide & Coach Farmers and forge a strong engagement with the Nigerian farming community
• Impart best practices to the farmers – pond construction/water & feed management
• Keeping farmers upto date with latest farming development
• Ensure record keeping and monitoring farm wise progress & data analysis
• Drive farm projects and benchmarking studies
• Act as a Key Demand Generation Manager by influencing farmers to prefer our brand over competition brands
• Lead interactions with relevant fish Associations & Universities in Nigeria

Desired Expertise & Qualifications 

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Fisheries Management or Fisheries Sciences
• Leading / Coaching & Managing a technical Field Team ( 10 – 15 TSE’s)
• Minimum 8 years of hands on experience in working closely with fish farmers in Nigeria
• Experience of interacting with farmers and local/regional fisheries bodies & Associations/Universities
• Strong professional networks in the field of Nigerian Aquaculture Industry
• Hands on experience on aquaculture disease management
