Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Description 

• The company offer a lovely working environment within a friendly and fast paced team. The role of Copy Typist is permanent and will be working within a team but in a separate remit of processing a large volume of documents to be copied into the system for the team use.
• To be considered for this lovely role the ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, fast typing speed and be a very personable colleague within a busy team environment that has busy telephones and some interruptions on occasion too.

Main Responsibilities 

• To assist with the typing of documents and letters.
• To screen and redirect telephone calls to the relevant departments.
• To provide administrative support.

Skill set: 

• Computer literate
• Typing speed of 70wpm with high accuracy
• Proficient in the use of adobe photoshop, Corel draw and windows applications

Educational Qualification 

• SSCE/OND Holders only
• HND/BSc need not apply.
