Job Responsibilities
- Preparation & Review of all contractual agreements for the company
- Monitor and document all reports, records books of company secretariat
- Liaising with SEC and coordinate all disputes and reconciliations
- Be abreast of relevant legislation and minimize litigation
- Organize all statutory meetings, board meetings, audit committee, annual AGM
- Ensure the Company compliance with relevant corporate governance
- We are urgently in need of a Legal Services Manager with 5-8 years working experience in a corporate organization.
- The ideal candidate must not be more than 35years of age with good understanding of Corporate governance.
