Job Objective
- To procure materials and supply for use on Project Site
- 3 years experience.
- Has a structured pre-existing relationship with suppliers for construction materials
- Must have work in real estate for a minimum of 3 years.
- Vast Knowledge in real estate
- Ensures that materials needed on site are readily available as at when needed.
- Manage and prepare LPOs and payment for suppliers.
- Negotiate prices on behalf of the company with the suppliers.
- Forecast upcoming demand for projects.
- Plan and strategize for supplies that will be needed for projects.
- Must work with project engineers on their request of supplies.
- BA/B.Sc/HND
Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Generate business plans and market feasibility reports that will help enhance the company’s business as well as secure business opportunities for the company.
- Source for landed projects and other viable business ventures for the company in line with the company business policies.
- Manage relationship with project and business partner for the company
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND Holder in any discipline.
- Must have an existing relationship with Land Owners
- Must have worked in real estate firm as a Business Development for a minimum of 2 years.
