Job Title: Office Assistant/Cleaner

Job Title: Estate Developer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Job Role: 

• Recommend to management on purchase of large tracts of land for building residential communities, industrial complexes, and shopping malls or other commercial structures.
• Recognize the potential of a particular property and collaborate with architects to design the proposed development..
• Oversee all Company's project and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure projects are completed.
• Ideal candidate must have the ability to combine field work and other administrative matters assigned from time to time.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Responsible for hiring a contractor to build the development. Upon completion of the construction, either a real estate broker or the developer's own real estate organization puts the houses or other buildings up for sale or lease.

Qualification 

• B.Sc in Estate Development.

• Applicant will be completing all tasks and duties required for driving around the local area, as well as long-distance jobs if required.

Responsibilities
Applicant must: 

• Have at least three years driving experience
• Have a valid driving licence
