Mayfair Microfinance Bank Limited was licensed in 2009 by the Central Bank of Nigeria to operate as a microfinance bank,to take advantage of the new finance opportunity of providing banking services to the unserved but economically active population that cannot meet the requirement of the 
traditional commercial banks.


Job Title:  Accountant 
Job Requirements 
The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• • Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ICAN)
• • Attention to detail and analytical skills
• • Excellent communication and organization skills
• • Ideally good knowledge of popular core banking products.
• • Ideal Candidate must be familiar with tax practices and contacts. 
• • Must have 5 Years professional experience with at least 2 years in Financial Institution preferably Microfinance bank or Manufacturing.
• • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint &Word;
• • Good knowledge of IFRS and Management Accounting
• • Good knowledge of CBN regulatory reporting

Job Title:  IT Assistant  
Job Requirements 
The Ideal candidate should have the following: 

• • OND in computer science or a related field
• • One year work experience as an IT staff
• • Must be hardworking and willing to learn.
• • Proximity to work will be a major determinant.

Job Title:  Internal Control / Audit 
Job Requirements 
The ideal candidate should have the following: 

• • Minimum of B.Sc./HND in a related field
• • Must have 3 years professional experience with at least 2 years in Auditing, Control & Compliance in any financial institution 
• • Strong communication skills – both oral and written
• • Excellent communication and organization skills
• • Ideally good knowledge of popular core banking products.
• • Experience in implementing policies and procedures, including process evaluation and documentation
• • A demonstrated knowledge of finance, accounting and internal controls
