Job Title:  Business Development Officer 

Details

• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of the organization and will be expected to meet all set sales targets. 
• He/she must have good communication skills, be able to apply guerilla marketing & selling tactics where necessary and have proven successes in
• A minimum qualification of HND/BSC and at least one year experience in sales is required for the role and experience in selling within the hospitality or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage

Job Title: Operations Manager 

Requirements

• He/She will have the overall responsibility for the company's operations and the timely execution and completion of projects. 
• The ideal candidate must have a first degree in Architecture or interior design, with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience. 
• Working experience in Project Management from start to post occupancy will be an added advantage.
