- OND from reputable institution
- Minimum of 1 year cognate experience
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Must be smart and able to communicate effectively
- Ability to know and meet clients' needs and wants.

- Ability to relate freely with clients
- Must not be more than 26 years of age.
