Job Title: IT Software Officer 
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements 

• Logging and resolving customer issues
• System monitoring
• Graduate in Computer Science
• 1-3 years' Experience in a Similar role would be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer correspondence including documentation of user guides and other resources
• Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team
• QA tasks and technical documentation
• Administration of SQL databases

Job Title: Marketing Communication Officer 
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements 

• Manage the company's communications activities and timeline, ensuring that all member and external communications are scheduled appropriately and maintain a consistent quality and professional tone.
• Manage content for marketing activities, including writing, sourcing and producing website content (eg news, guest blog articles, images) and channels for distribution, including e-news, email marketing and social media.
• Maximise new member recruitment opportunities, applying audience segmentation and the development of appropriate messages and marketing materials.
• To administer marketing and communications programmes and campaigns for a range of stakeholders and products and services, assisting in the evaluation of performance and impact
• To promote events, identifying those with the most significant potential for profile-raising through a variety of channels including social media, print media and within the sector.
• Establish media contacts and prepare press material to generate proactive PR opportunities to raise the profile and its members in the industry and in the local and national media.
• Graduate in Mass communication or other related social science course
• 1-3 years' Experience in a Similar role would be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
