- Provide information to customers and address inquiries regarding products and services also open account to customers, help resolve any customer's complaints.
- In addition assess the compliance of departments and individual employees.
- In accounting, for instance, the internal control reviews processes and records to see that tellers/accountants are operating in line with generally accepted accounting principles, laws, industry and company standards.
- The results of the reviews are shared with managers to aid in feedback, training and development to ensure greater overall compliance.
- Any qualification from a relevant institution and discipline with related job experience.
- Must be able to work at Enugu, Enugu state.
