- BA degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Proven track record of IT Outsourcing management and operation experience
- Having worked with C-level customers previously
- Experienced in, and ability to bridge, strategy and operations
- Delivery experiences in ICT services
- Fantastic customer-facing, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent English in both verbal and written
- Must be eligible to work in South Africa or Nigeria
- Strong operational management skills – min 10 years in a service environment especially an outsourcing or regional operation
- Fantastic people management experience/regionally and globally with exceptional ability to motivate and recognize people skills
