Job Title: Cleaner
Location: Lagos
ResponsibilitiesKindly preview responsibilities and required abilities below: 

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Clean and supply restrooms.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Request for supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Mow or trim lawns or shrubbery, using mowers or hand or power trimmers, and clear debris from grounds.
• Spray insecticides or fumigants to prevent insect or rodent infestation when necessary.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

Skills and Abilities 

• Ability to use basic cleaning equipment
• Ability to deal calmly and effectively with criticism or high stress situations.
• Must be pleasant with others on the job and display a good-natured, cooperative attitude.
• Knowledge of effective cleaning methods and equipment.
• Must be neat and keep things tidy all the time
• Ability to work and get things done effectively with little or no supervision
• Ability to speak English.
