The Discovery Cycle Professionals Thinking and Learning Lab (DCP-TLL) is a think-tank and innovation hub supporting the transition management of graduates from the classroom to the workplace. The overall strategic objective of the Lab is to transform the volunteering participants from job seekers to change makers and value creators, by transformative knowledge of the volunteering faculty members. This capacity building support project for graduates, offers you the opportunity to think, learn and engage in live organizational projects and programmes that would transform you to design and execute collaborative ideas.

We are looking for graduates who would like to be engaged for Nine (9) hours daily over a period of Eight (8) Weeks in the first quarter of the year 2017. Over the 8 weeks period you will gain in–depth working experience with a global organization that will improve your personal effectiveness. You will also build relationships and virile networks with other volunteering graduates and reputable faculty members of the lab.

There are many aspects of the DCP TLL that will prove profitably engaging; from working directly on live projects and deep understanding of contemporary personal, organizational and national issues, to researching and development of new innovative solutions. You may also be given the opportunity to join lead DCP team members to high-level meetings and make presentations.
