- Cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation
- Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets etc.)
- Risk analysis evaluations
- Dispute resolution
- Managing project funding sources and submitting bids
- Valuations - including value engineering and management
- Feasibility studies
- Building material sourcing and procurement
- Cost benefit analysis
