- A minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience
- Excellent Knowledge of Facilities & Admin Services Management
- Technical skills and hands – on ability
- Problem solving and multi-tasking
- People management skills
- Service oriented, team player
- A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
