Sogenal Limited - Our client, a new Radio Station, about to be launched in Ibadan, capital of Oyo State, is recruiting to fill the job positions below:


Job Title: Station Manager
Location: Ibadan
Qualifications 

• A university Degree in any of the following disciplines: Mass Communication, Journalism, Social Science or Arts. A higher Degree in any of the listed disciplines will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 15-years experience in broadcasting, three of which should be at the management level.
• ICT knowledge and operation must be above average.
• Previous experience of managing a commercial radio station will also be an advantage.
• Age: 35 -45 years.

Job Title: Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Assistant
Location: Ibadan
Qualifications 

• A Degree or HND in Computer Science with minimum of 5-years experience and bias for Website development and management.
• Proven ability in development and management of a radio station’s website and activities including handling of audio streaming.
• Age:30-35 years.

Job Title: Head of Engineering
Location: Ibadan
Qualifications 

• A Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering with minimum of 6-years experience preferably in a broadcast media environment.
• Versatility in ICT is compulsory.
• Age: 35-45 years.

Job Title: Head of Marketing/Events
Location: Ibadan
Qualifications 

• A Degree or HND in Marketing or Business Administration or a Degree in Social Science or Arts but with Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in marketing.
• Previous marketing experience in a radio or television station will be an advantage.
• ICT knowledge must be above average.
• Age: 35-40 years.

Job Title: Head of News and Current Affairs
Location: Ibadan
Qualifications 

• A university Degree in any of the following disciplines: Mass Communication, Journalism, Social Science or Arts.
• A minimum of 8-years experience in broadcasting especially as reporter/news editor in a radio station.
• ICT knowledge and operation must be above average.
• Previous experience as Head of News and Current affairs in a radio station will be an advantage.
• Age: 35 -40 years.

Job Title: Head of Administration/Human Resources
Location: Ibadan
Qualifications 

• A Degree in Business Administration or in Human Resources Management with minimum of 3-years experience in administration/human resources management.
• Knowledge of ICT will be an added advantage.
• Age: 35-40 years.

Job Title: Head of Programmes
Location: Ibadan
Qualifications 

• A university Degree in any of the following disciplines: Mass Communication, Journalism, Social Science or Arts.
• Minimum of 8-years experience in broadcasting especially as presenter/producer.
• ICT knowledge and operation must be above average.
• Previous experience as Head of Programmes in a commercial radio station will be an advantage.
• Age: 35-40years.

Job Title: Head of Finance/Accounts
Location: Ibadan
Qualifications 

• A Degree or HND in Accounting with minimum of 5-years experience.
• Professional qualification will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of ICT is compulsory.
• Age: 30-40 years.
