Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Spearhead property management operations in Nigeria
- Identify new trade zone and Market
- Conduct location analysis: demographic surveys, traffic count, market surveys and socio-economic activities
- Conduct site selection, property inspection, site recommendation and acquisition
- Conduct customer origin survey to determine and identify new trade area.
- Oversee lease administration such as:
- Rent
- Analysis and payment
- Lease renewal
- Review and negotiation
- Remittance of withholding
- Value added taxes and service charge
- Oversee Business license and operation permit and renewal:
- RTV
- Car park
- Signage
- Environmental development charge
- Land use charge
- Tenement rate
- Participate in lease agreement review, perusal
- Assist account in preparing property management budget and forecast
- Ensure statutory compliance
- Represent the company in conflict resolution and negotiation
- Conduct Property search
- Provide Support service restaurants to ensure a hitch-free operation and zero downtime
- Coordinate property file system to enhance property Management efficiency
- Manage and prepare property bible and schedule of lease
Experience / Education Required:
- B.Sc Estate Management and Economics
- Good analytical skills
- Independent, mature, self-initiative and possesses positive attitude
- 3-5 years' experience in the field; preferably QSR (Quick service restaurant)
- High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
