Roles and responsibilities
• Knowledge of Health Insurance
• Crisis management
• Answer courteously inbound calls
• Respond to customer inquiry
• Give Authorization code to hospitals via email
• Provide information on product and services to customer and clients
• Attend to inquiries and trouble shoot complaints that may arise in course of operation
• Evaluate problems of the customer and provide logical lasting solutions.
• Maintaining and updating professional knowledge and taking responsibility for continuing professional development (CPO)
• Perform all tasks, duties and test related to laboratory services
Skills and qualities
• Patience, decisiveness and meticulousness
• A desire to contribute to patient care and treatment.
• A responsible and mature approach to their work
• Excellent IT Skills
• Accuracy, with good attention to detail,
• A Systematic approach to task and the ability to follow instructions and set procedures
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as supervise the work of more junior staff in the laboratory
