Job Descriptions

• Strong problem solving skills with a solid knowledge of accounting and finance
• Basic knowledge of commercial real estate (all property types)
• Strong results orientation and ability to work in a performance-based environment
• Proactive, positive and goal oriented with the ability to excel in both team and self-directed settings
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Self-starter
• Strong business acumen
• Undergraduate degree required with study in real estate, finance, economics or accounting

Qualifications

• This internship requires strong analytical and research skills, good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work well independently and strong critical thinking skills. In addition:
• Candidates from any discipline or area of study will be considered, but a good understanding of the financial markets, investments and the economy is required.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Access and Power Point.
• Business intelligence tools a plus.
• A solid work ethic, the ability to work on multiple assignments at once and a positive team-oriented attitude.
