Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos
Ref No: GRA/ACC/LIS/001

Responsibilities:
 Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
 Preparing financial reports.
 Duties
 Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
 Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
 Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
 Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
 Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
 Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
 Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
 Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
 Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
 Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
 Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
 Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
 Manage staff payroll.
 Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure prompt payment.
 Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits

Qualification:
Only candidates with minimum of OND and at least one (1) year experience are required.


Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos
Ref No: GRA/BDE/LIS/002

Responsibilities:
 Develop and lead the business development team in sourcing, managing and marketing new business opportunities
 Develop a comprehensive business strategy capable of meeting agreed business goals and objectives.
 Develop and implement effective business development initiatives to convert prospects into clients.
 Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
 Screening potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potentials, financials, evaluate options, resolving internal priorities and recommending equity investments.
 Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
 Demonstrable expertise in creating and executing effective business development strategies.
 Strong market research and competitive analysis expertise.
 Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and organize work to achieve goals and meet deadlines, including dealing with competing demands and managing multiple projects and tasks.
 Proven ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Skills:

 Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and presentation skills
 A good understanding of marketing principles
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Ref No: GRA/MEX/LIS/003

Responsibilities:
 Identify target markets and analyze current market trends
 Research customers’ needs and wants as well as competition information
 Devise and implement strategic plans to meet customers’ demands
 Manage promotional activities to endorse products
 Develop effective marketing communication programs
 Monitor marketing campaigns to ensure appropriate execution
 Manage marketing budgets and ensure that all marketing activities are managed within budgets
 Monitor competitive activity and evaluate marketing campaigns
 Carry out customer surveys to understand demand
 Manage appropriate and timely delivery of service and products
 Network with individuals and businesses to generate and identify business opportunities
 Manage periodic analysis of marketing efforts and campaigns
 Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs
 Relay successful leads and appointment data to concerned sales representatives
 Anticipate questions that may be asked during phone calls and prepare for them by employing effective answering techniques

Job title: Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Ref No: GRA/SRP/LIS/004

Responsibilities:
 Make initial customer contact through visits or calls
 Identify each potential customer’s needs
 Negotiate prices and variations in prices and specifications
 Develop new business opportunities and close existing ones
 Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside
 Follow up on service and / or product once the delivery has been made
 Research market trends and products
 Arrange meetings with potential clients
 Challenge objections in order to get the customer to buy a product
 Check quantity and quality of products prior to delivery
 Record sales information and maintain customers’ records
 Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information
 Review self-sales performance with a view to improve it
 Develop, identify and secure all relevant direct sales opportunities
 Make cold calls to new and existing customers to explore business opportunities
 Generate product or service interest for customers by providing them benefits information
 Identify decision makers within an organization and endeavor to speak to them
 Make follow up calls to customers who have shown interest during initial contact
