Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Nigeria
Below is the job description for the role:
1. Works autonomously to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Group CEO
2. Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, minutes e.t.c using business software applications
3. Expert skill in operating office equipment such as telephones, printers, scanners, photocopiers, spiral binding e.t.c.
4. Attend to all guests of the Group CEO and co-ordinate meetings held with the Group CEO
5. Co-ordinate meetings and conferences for staff and with clients/suppliers.
6. Arrange local and international travel, intercity transportation and hotel reservation for the Group CEO, staff and local/foreign company guests.
7. Work with highly sensitive information and exhibit strong confidential ability
8. Receives and directs incoming calls, visitors, and e-mail, prioritizing actions as required
9. Maintains files, records, calendars and dairies for the CEO and senior management staff.
10. May provide guidance to junior administrative staff and support services staff.
11. Any other duties which may be required.
Professional skills needed:
1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite
2. Excellent knowledge of all secretarial duties, practices and procedures
3. Excellent knowledge of office management
Key Experience needed:
1. Experience with working with staff at all levels
4. Must have working experience in Secretarial / Administrative capacity.
Educational requirement:
1. HND/B.A /B.Sc. in Secretarial Studies (preferably a professional secretary)
2. Member of ISCAN / NIPS will be an added advantage
Other Requirements
Candidate must have great interpersonal skills. Age 25-30 years.
Salary N1.2M -N1.5M. subject to negotiation.
