Roles and Responsibilities
The following are the roles and responsibilities of this role: 

• Analyze and assess credit proposals.
• Review portfolios status to check delinquencies and recommend actions for management.
• Daily reviewing and monitoring of customer accounts to ascertain correctness, interest and maturity dates as well as ensure Loan repayment.
• Loan recovery and remedial actions
• Up to date monitoring to ensure income are captured
• Ensure compliance with draw-down: Loan Collateral documentation and compliance with facility term agreement
• Periodic inspection of assets
• Attend monthly risk asset meetings (Credit reviews and MPR)
• Market survey to determine marketability of assets and its resale able value
• Ensures Risk asset targets are met
• Overall management of credit portfolio
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Skill Set 

• Knowledge of Risk Management measurements and solutions
• B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent experience;5+ years experience in financial industry sector as a credit/risk management analyst.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CCRA, CILRM will be an added advantage
• Ability to maintain accuracy while handling sensitive data files, working with that data and reconciling final results with original numbers.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft software; at a minimum, MS Access and MS Excel intermediate user; MS Power Point and Word basic user
• Ability to work with large databases and data-sets for extraction and conversion into useful final results with original numbers
