Job Descriptions

• Our graduate internship program is a 6-month program, which offers you the opportunity to develop your critical thinking skills, acquire key knowledge on business issues and learn how to proffer practical solutions.
• As our graduate intern, you will have access to best practices, on-the-job guidance and projects that transform global organizations.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting industry and client research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Performing financial assessments to support the development of new business processes.
• Assisting in the design and development of new business processes, capabilities and supporting technologies
• Executing improvement projects for clients and other company internal operations.
• Generating ideas to solve high-level business problems.
• Supporting ongoing projects/programs and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation and delivery.
• Helping the team in program/ project delivery and implementation.
• Providing support for administrative functions as required
• Undertaking any other tasks that may be delegated.

Qualifications 

• A Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university. Minimum, Second Class Upper (2.1)
• M.Sc or MBA
• Must have completed NYSC

Age: 

• Not more than 26 years.

• Proficient in Microsoft office tools.
