  1. Dedication for the profession
     i. Minimum 2 years of professional experience
     ii. Excellent employment references
     iii. Completion of our Job Seeker Application
     iv. Completion of an in-person Agency Interview
     v. Completion of our Candidate Evaluation
     vi. Signature on our Minimum 1-year Commitment Agreement
     vii. Completion of high school (minimum of SSCE)
  2. Minimum 25 years of age
  3. Strong English skills
     i. Good communication skills
     iii. Hold a National ID
     iv. Hold a valid driver’s license
     v. Satisfactory driving record
     vi. Completion of CPR or First Aid class
     vii. Non-smoker for nanny profession (preferred non-smoker for other professions)
     viii. No records on Criminal Report
  4. Good sense of humor

  5. Low resilience level
