Position: Hotel Manager
Location: Lagos
Description
- Planning and organising accommodation, catering and other hotel services.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure.
- Maintaining statistical and financial records.
- Setting and achieving sales and profit targets.
- Analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree from a reputable institution
- More than 5 years relevant working experience.
- Meticulous, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Position: Accounting Officer
Location: Lagos
Qualification
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Accounting Plus 3 years working Experience in relevant field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g.ICAN/ACCA/CA/ACA) specialized in auditing and financial analysis is an added advantage.
Description
- Making related financial forms and reports based on correct accounting principles and procedures.
- Carrying-out the accounting processes of invoice treatment in accordance with sound accounting practices.
- Processing bank and inter company transactions
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
