Requirements
- Male and female candidates who should be 30 years of age or below by December 2015 must:
- Hold the Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or National Certificate of Education (NCE) from a recognized institution; higher qualifications will be added advantage
- Be Nigerians of moderate, liberal religious and high moral inclinations.
- Ideal candidates must be bold, urbane, confident and highly motivated with excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
