Position: Project Coordinator
Incumbent:

Job Purpose:
Fully manage and responsible for implementing Project Hope in Nigeria.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Manages Baseline study for project which would be done in conjunction with research institute/University.
- Deliver Project Hope deliverables: stop deaths from diarrhea, Women Empowerment, drive Behaviour change.
- Hire and manage 3rd party to execute project inline with KPI deliverables. (Business to consumer, Business to Business).
- Monitor and evaluate project.
- Report to local body.
- Work and support Save the Children in Nigeria.
Minimum requirement
- Second Class upper degree and MBA with 1 year experience.
- Microsoft Office.
- Adequate analytical skills
- Good project management skills.
- Champion/drive initiatives that support delivery of the project promise.
- A wide degree of creativity and Latitude is expected.
- Involvement in community development work/project.
Position: Brand Manager
Incumbent:
Supervisor/Manager’s Title: Marketing Director
Job Purpose:
Manage the creation and delivery of high quality programs/materials - on time and on budget. Support implementation planning and execution with excellence. To work with the brand teams and external audiences in program planning with the Marketing Manager and Agency resources.
Deliver effective communication of support plans and schedules.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Manage own brand(s) within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise short and long term Sales, Market Share and profitability
- Develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget
- Contribute to development of category strategies and innovation plans.
- Develop and execute annual marketing including media plan
- Initiate market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth.
- Lead the development of local copy strategy / executions
- Coordinate with the Sales function for the execution of pricing and distribution strategies for assigned brands
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Position: Logistics Manager
Incumbent:
Supervisor/Manager’s Title: Supply Services Manager
Job Purpose:
Oversees entire warehouse and logistics co-ordination, stock inventory freights and distribution activities to all customers.
Responsibilities:.
- To ensure the implementation of the company’s occupational Safety and Health policy in the ware house.
- Ensure Maintenance and control of all materials handling equipment.
- Ensure that stock are dispatches based on FEFO.
- Supervision of team to ensure the implementation of the prevailing SOPs.
- Identify and recommend solutions to ware house unfriendly practises.
- Ensure relevant reports are sent based on the agreed timings
Minimum requirement
- Bachelor degree with 4-5years of relevant experience in FMCG.
- Knowledge in basic Book keeping.
- Must be keen to details.
- Good Communication skills.
- Must be oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.
- Analytical, Proactive, Customer Service Oriented.
- Good team player, highly result oriented with a strong co-ordination and leadership skills.

Job Purpose:
To enhance brand image and manage the creation and delivery of high quality programs/materials - on time and on budget. Support implementation planning and execution with excellence. To work with the brand teams and external audiences in program planning with the Marketing Manager and Agency resources.

Responsibilities:

Requirement
- First degree with 2 years Brand Management experience in an FMCG preferably MNC. It is mandatory that this employee understands the business drivers and what brand management is about from a hands on perspective.
